Nutrilife is here to help pave your way to balanced nutrition!

Nutrilife is a Nutritional Counselling and Catering Center, first of its kind in the Sultanate of Oman. Established in 2015, our mission is to offer nutritional counselling and cater high quality, nutritionally balanced meals to children and adults enabling them to lead healthier lives.

Nutrilife strives to bring Ruba and Mohamed’s message to life. Namely, to encourage people of all ages, children, adults, expecting mothers, as well as the elderly, to improve their eating habits and prevent potential diet-related diseases. They accomplish this through offering individuals one-on-one nutritional counselling sessions. Nutrilife also understands that with today’s fast-paced life and busy work schedules, people seldom have time to cook, and alternatively opt for calorie dense convenience foods. In an effort to facilitate dietary change Nutrilife offers a service first of its kind in the sultanate. It conveniently caters calorie-controlled meals, which are a part of a dietary prescription, right to its clients’ doorstep, be it their residence or their office.

Nutrilife caters to a wide range of health-conscious individuals, ranging from offering a general assessment of dietary intake, to prescribing a detailed meal plan for patients suffering from chronic diseases such as Diabetes, hypertension, elevated cholesterol or renal disease. Nutrilife’s goal is to help clients pave their way to balanced nutrition!
